Peavey 5150 II vs. 5150

Any experience/thoughts on comparing the two? I'm thinking about getting a new amp head and I'm torn between the original and the 5150 II. I know the II has independent EQ for each channel, but beyond that...

Check here for the differences. 5150 Differences The 5150II lead channel can be modded back to the specs of the original.
