  • Stereo effects using one amp with an extension speaker?

Ok, so I know using two different amps at the same time works with stereo effects: i.e. a delay or chorus pedal with one output going to one amp and the other output going to another.

Is this stereo spread somehow possible using one amp (my Mesa F-30 1x12 combo) with an extension speaker hooked up? Or would I just need a power amp hooked up to do this right without any damage?

It ownt work with just an extension speaker. You would need two seperate power amps to go stereo. Unless you have an amp that is stero with an extension speaker like the Line 6 with a stereo FX loop. But the F30 wont do it by itself.
