• POD Sysex files or other patches?

Ok, I went to Line6 - they don't support the BassPOD or the v1 POD, and they ONLY use the buggy-ass Java crapplet to download tones. I want either sysex (which Line6 will never get around to doing) or a site with manual settings.
Anybody know of a site/forum that keeps all the POD stuff in one place (so I don't have to wade through tons of flame wars to get the tones)?

There was a site called Malhavok or something with lots of patches for pods.wait...

I don't have any POD stuff anymore, but I found these forums interesting back when I did have an xt.

Well, looks like it don't matter anyway - my desktop PC won't talk to either my Pod or BassPod via MIDI, so I ordered an M-Audio Midisport USB thing to use with my laptop. I got the latest SoundDiver installed and the damn thing just doesn't work. I've gone through the help/FAQ at Line6 and set the program to Win98/ME compatability as they recommend (and when they said "..it will work flawlessly" for XP), and I didn't get shit but shit on. I did manage to get the popup screen that asks if I wanna give these loser hacks money for software that doesn't work

I'm no newbie when it comes to MIDI and software configuring, so either Musician's Fiend sold me a bunk-ass Midi device (was still in the original package) or the fucks that wrote SoundDiver were a bit too stoned.
