Question on Effects for Bass

What Distortion pedal do all you bassists out there use? I'm going for the Cliff kind of distortion (he's so awesome with distortion and wah). What other effects do you like also for bass? [img]graemlins/help.gif[/img]

Chorus can be really cool for bass, although I prefer a old-fashioned mono chorus effect, since running bass in stereo is not usually the way you do it.

Chris Squire used to use some kind of funky Mutron envelope filter thingy back in the late '70s that I thought was really cool. You can hear it on the Tormato album.

Heck, you could even consider a harmonizer device to add an ultra low frequency an octave below your bass, to really devastate things, assuming you've got the amplification to handle it, of course.
