Individual Foot-switches Vs. an All-in-one board

Hello,
Currently, I'm using individual F.S. for my effects but lately I'm taking more notice to these boards that are all-in-one units. For example the Digitech models.
The problem with FS I find is that your making adjustments to the pedals for certain songs and stuff. Somewhat a nusance. But before I drop money I really want to know what you guys think about such devices. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Depends on what matters to you. Pedals have a simplicity that's nice, but a multieffects board is more conveniant and easier to set up in a live situation. Just ask Jon Donias!!

Multi-FX boards are cool, because they're very loosely based on MIDI. You can program some cool distortions with effects for one channel, stomp on another switch and get a cool clean sound with other effects, stomp on another switch and get a distorted sound with no effects, etc. It depends on how many effects you use and what you want to do with everything.
