I think you could wire all of equal ohmage in parallel as option one. Option two is wire two in series and then those to the last one in parallel as Henrik suggests.
I think Trace elliott has already made a 3x12 tho.. you might want to save yourself some work, but a 2x12+1x10 sounds kinda cool, altho again as Henrik suggests, they would be slightly mismatched.
Thanks! Actually, the amp I'd be hooking it up to is my Mesa F-30 1x12 combo. It's got an 8-ohm Vintage 30. It's got two outputs for 4 ohms each. I know Mesa's cabs are all 8 ohms. I'm not real familiar with ohms and whatnot, so what would be the best for this amp, and would I need to disconnect the combo's speaker or can I use that in conjunction with the extension cab?

To be absolutely sure if you can run the internal speaker + external speakers simultaneously, read the manual for the amp. Probably you can and hopefully there's some guidelines describing different setups.
