ENGL 2x12 anyone?

I'm just about getting rid of my ENGL4x12 on ebay, since I need the cash, but I really loved it.... [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img]

when I will be more fluid again I'm thinking about sticking with ENGL, but switching to a stereo system, and I wonder how the 2x12s compare to their bigger brothers?
I'd like to get two 2x12s with V30s instead of the big one to make the stereo come out more clearly.

anyone tried these?

I haven't used Engl's but I am a firm believer that two 2 x 12 cabinets are better than one 4 x 12. Better spread, tighter sound and more versatile.

yeah, that's what I think too.
stereo isn't really that different to mono if the channels are inches away from each other.
should be a bigger distance between to make the effect noticeable.
