all of a sudden the input jack is very tight, I almost have to put my weight into it to get a plug into it. the output jack is fine, but how could this happen? any advice?

Sounds like you need a new jack. Morley is very good about fixing pedals under warranty. They pretty much cover anything their still making for life. Give them a shout.

Yea, they took care of me ,even though the problem was no fault of theirs, it was an interference problem with the adapter, but Bill at Morley went way out of his way to help me.Madness Reigns......... In the Hall of the Mountain King!Comment

If the unit works fine when you finally do get the plug in, you probably need to loosen the screw that holds the jack in and turn the jack about 90 degrees then tighten it back up. It sounds like it turned and is hitting something inside.Comment
