Bass amp?

Can anyone recommend a cheap and small bass pratice amp around 150-200?

Look around on Ebay, see what's out there in that price range, then check 'em out on Harmony Central. A lot of guys put reviews of bass amps on the guitar amp section. The Behringer BX1200, seems to pop up in my head as one worth getting.

On the high price/big size end, you can get an Ampeg BA112 for around $200 for 250, you can find the BA115 that is real big for a secondary instrument amp, but sounds a little better IMHO. A decent, but kinda cheapo alternative is the Fender Bassman 25. Goes for up to $125 on eBay and is OK for the money the transformer sticks out the back and it looks cheap. Made in Mexico, finished in a carpet like stuff from what I remember, but has OK features and sound esp for a name brand around $125.
