Rivera M60 head

Hey guys, I have a chance at a Rivera M60 head for a great price. I recall trying one many years ago and really digging it. Anybody out there more familiar with these? I don't need a death scooped sound, just good tight gain and good tone. My best reference point for great sound would be Whitesnake "Still Of The Night" and Skid Row's second album.

well Skid Row used M-100's on their second album, so there you go!! seriously, i use an M-100 and an S-120, and i love them. they aren't over the top weedly amps, the gain is really good for classic metal. get it...it's really versatile.
