Identify the brand of this cab

Hi. My friend wants to know that cab is this, but we have no clue.

It says something like "a" on it or something. It's a bass cab, on the right, near cymbal stands.

Yep, I'd say it's an Ampeg SVT bottom. Prolly 8 x ten inch speaker unit.
