What is a good price for a 4x12 Recto Cab?

I can pick one up local, $450-500 for a mint slant Mesa Recto 4x12 with vintage 30's. Is that a good deal, seems like it to me but I don't really know [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I really don't need another 4x12 but what thell its priced right [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] Should I grab it?

hmm , imho a good deal ? seen 'em on ebay for more (Bin prices about 650 and sometimes more) about 800 is brand new right ? or how much ? so especially 450 is good price.

and be happy with that, a new one costs about 1500 in Europe and i'm happy i picked up a used one for 800 hehehe

The only reason I don't use Mesa oversized 4 x 12's is because they won't fit in the back seat of a car. You have to have a truck or van to haul them around.

Leave it to the Germans. I drive a Neon and a standard sized 4 x 12 just fits in the backseat.

We sell them new for $849.00. If you can score one used for $500.00, that's a pretty good deal.

Great deal!
When I bought mine it was new and no discount.
Used one I have seen for $550-650.
So if you could get it for $450-500. is a GREAT deal.

$500 seems to be about right in this area for a clean used one. And new is over $900.

I'd buy one for $450 pretty happily.
