I tried one out at a store once. I don't remember what model. It was all tube but not mega gain. I asked to run a tube screamer through it and it helped. The tone was OK. Without the tube screamer it sounded like AC/DC. I don't think it's worth shipping over seas though. But that's just me.

Shipping to my place would be like 400 bucks, so I'd ask someone to bring one for me without a problem. But I have a deal on an Engl Thunder 50, so I'll stick to that. And 150-200 bucks for a tube amp is not that bad at all. It sucks that they don't make them anymore, as far as we know. I'll do a research anyways. Just in case
