Alright! I've been wanting one of these for quite a while now, but I'm too frugal to buy anything new.
I just secured a deal to buy a used Peters JP10 head.
Little 10 watt all tube high gain beast! I can't wait to get this!! [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

I am waiting till after Christmas and taxes. I have my POD and computer speakers for now to play through (I know, I know, but it works for now [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]).

I am looking to get either a MESA Studio .22 or Soldano Hot Rod or something similar.

I don't need a lot of volume, as I don't play out anymore, just something that is versatile and sounds good. </font>

Actually you could use the headphone out of POD and plug into a 4x12.
It worked with my Behringer V-Amp.

I was thinkig of Mesa Road King or something but since money is short, I will buy something cheaper.

A used Peavey xxx would be my first choice now.

you guys need to get rid of guitars and get an amp [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I stopped guitars at 16, don't even look at them anymore but I have added a couple amps [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] always looking for more for a good price [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

The one LPC showed is the same as mine, only mine is either black or dark green. I couldn't tell from the sellers pics, and frankly it didn't matter to me what color it is. It's not like there' a ton of them floating around.
This particular model isn't made anymore, but has the same specs as the JP50/100 on the web page. It's a 2004 amp.
There are some cool clips on his site, and James Peters is a hell of a nice guy. He's a regular on the Gear Page, and is always helping people with amp questions.

I'm really looking forward to this amp.
Damn am I poor now! Whew!

Yeah...one lone EL34 in the output.
I guess it can take all sorts of different tubes...6L6, KT66, 5881, etc.
I need to get ahold of James Peters and get the lowdown from him.
Should be a cool little high gain beast.
