    Re: Your dream rig

    [ QUOTE ]
I had mine but sold it when I stopped gigging years ago:
    (2)ADA MP-1 Pre-amps
    (2)Roland GP-8 processors
    run in stereo thru:
    (4)Marshall JCM900 100watt heads(used as power amps only!!)
    (8)Marshall JCM800 4X12" cabs
    F*ck I miss that!!

    [/ QUOTE ]

That is essentially what I want. Slaving out a Mark IIC+(preamp) through a JCM800 (poweramp), with possibly some EQ control in between, results in my ultimate tone, can't wait to have it one day!

What kind of band did you tour/gig with, blood?
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

                Joe,

Great taste bro!....the Anniversary amps are still my favorite Marshalls! I owned 2 BLUE Anniversary halfs before switching to Mesa.

                thanx ken,
yes, the anniversary is really one of the best sounding marshall. my other marshall (silver jubilee 2550 head) sounds cool too, but the 6100 is the best.

                          Re: Your dream rig

For distortion, 2 Soldano SLO100's running through 2 full stacks of Marshall 4 x 12 cabs with a Bradshaw switching system switching to 4 Roland JC120 amps for clean. My effects would be a G-major, a Budda wah and an Intellifex.

                                Okay. here it is:

I use a patchmate to switch pedals in and out of a rack draw with some pedals in it.

I run a full stack with it too.

It is my dream rig. I have a few other amps but this is the sh!t for me.
