• Dual biasing a Dual Recto?

I was wondering if this is possible. I'm pretty sure it's called "dual bias" when you set the amp up to use both EL34's and 6L6's in tandem........right?

anywhoo, how hard is this to do? is it basically just that, wiring one set of sockets slightly different (remember, I know NOTHING of electronics so I'm explaining it the best I can!)

Just thinking about trying it, from what I've heard it's pretty damn ultimate......any input would be awesome!

Bob sells integrated sets of specially selected EL34s and 6L6s. You'd run the EL34 in the middle with the &L6s on the outer 2 sockets. I'm guessing you'd have run the amp a little hotter to get the EL34s working so switch it to the EL34 position. I've heard reports of amps frying cause of this, but...good luck anyway.
