Opinion on the Marshall AVT50H please

Is it worth my time?? I was thinking of picking one up it's a hybrid, would introduce me to the world of tubes (I have only played solid state so far)...please give me some opinions. I only have 500 bucks to spend at music123 (I have a card...)

it is a pretty good amp in my opinion. it sounds better if you push it with a overdrive. if you have to buy new its probably the best bang for the buck out there

I have a AVT50H, they don't sound too bad when turned up. How about trying out an Ashdown Fallen Angel?

The Ashdown is almost 600 bucks..can't do it. I ordered the AVT..we'll see.
