Congratulations. Cool amp if you can keep her running...yeah I'm with Chuck, take her in and get a check=up and tune up as well as what the mods are...looks like gain stage ad maybe an effects loop.

I'm a minority in that I love Marshall tone even though I have other amps that are tone monsters in their own right, something about a JCM 800 that screams classic metal!

i think the modification is a tubedriven FX-loop.
but not really sure.
