bought a powerball today

finally made a decision and bought an engl powerball today. it's one hell of a mean machine,still have to tweak some to make te low's not goin' overboard with my A# tuning... it's just amazing how dark, raw and how much punch this critter got! couldn't have made a better move IMO [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

The Powerball is a monster. It does not stop to amaze me.

haha thanks. anyone with an Engl run EMGs in their guitars? just wondering how Engls and EMGs get along. Id have loved a powerball too becase everyone seems to love theirs, but the Fireball doesnt seem too bad. Congrats on the Powerball, whod you get it from?

Yup!


Sounds great the Powerball honestly doesn't need a super high output humbucker like the EMG though. It articulates and breaks up amazingly already. The EMG just enhances it a bit more which I like
