I wouldn't hack up the combo cab, but there are plenty of amp cab makers around the net that could make a custom head cab for the combos guts. I would then just put the combo cab in the closet for the day when 5150s are valuble, which will happen...

Oh yea forgot to mention, that I think a 60 watt 5150 head with reverb would be pretty cool. I have heard the combos clean channel is voiced different/better than the heads also.
