totally. the controls are easy to manipulate. Once you get a hang of it and toggle with the controls you can switch from a good clean, to blues, to rock, to metal with just turning a few knobs. I like being able just to fire it up and plug in a guitar and play metal then play with the knobs and play blues all in a matter of seconds or minutes.
