I was wondering if there was any way to run a powered mixer with say some 1 12 and tweet cab's through a computer. I have a creative sound card and altec lansing speaker's, and I run everything through a pod xtl. Everything sounds good but my brother in law got home from a 2 year stint (don't ask, you don't wanna know) and he is a hell of a bass player, so I bought cakewalk guitar tracks pro and I want to record some stuff with him.As far as the cheapest upgrade for sound, that i could find, would be a carvin or peavey pa type mixer with the cab's. Is this possible or am I pissing in the wind. Any help, like always is much appreciated.
