I talked to a PV rep at NAMM. They are just rebadged 5150 series amps. The Wolfgang is going to have a recessed trem. They had a few at the show. There are suttle changes. The name is different as well. Amp is exactly the same guts.

i've heard that the 5150 II/6505+ are slightly fizzy sounding on the high end. never tried either amp myself unfortunately, cant find any shop near here that stocks them :S.
