Anyone know what amps and guitars WASP used, and any ideas of settings? especially on the "the last command" album?

If you use the search function you can find a good deal of info about their guitars since at least Blackie and C. Holmes used a lot of Jackson´s.
Amps; I have no clue about what they used.

On that album particularly Blackie was still playing bass. Randy Piper was the other guitarist and I think he played a custom BC Rich and a Warlock.

The 5150 was not made in the '80s.
I believe they used Marshalls, IIRC.

I think they were using Marshalls back in 80's.
Then when Chris came back, I saw a pic of 5150's with JMP pres.
The magazine said they used the JMP-1s with power amp section of 5150's.
