Re: Wireless System\'s

I got a used wireless from DB Technologies from my local store.
They said a musician on tour left it there because he couldn't pay enough for the stuff he bought.
So I got it cheap.
It's VHF, but has diversity (two antennas), and so far hasn't given me any problems like dropouts.
I did lose some highs until I discovered that one doesn't need to have the squelch knob on full, because normally it doesn't pick up any traffic at all.
I have played five shows with it so far and am extremely satisfied. Battery life is like ten hours or more!
Because I change batteries before every gig I now have about five batteries laying around with 9 hours left on each.
Now I'm even using the wireless at home to finally drain and get rid of the batteries...

Great I really don't wan't to get something from music yo though wonder if they sell em here, probably not.

Anyone used or know about the Shure UHF http://www.stringsdirect.co.uk/Catal...?productId=943

Seems like a good price, it's more for the fact I won't be tripping over the lead if its dark or whatever.

I have this. It's awesome. Diverse. Zero tone effect and rediculous range. At 80 yards, the echo effect of the sound and distance throws you off so much you couldnt play further anyway. Good battery life. Rackable.
