i've tried one and didn't like it that much.
the distortions don't sound too great but the time based effects are pretty decent.

I don't want it for distortions. My Keeley modded SD-1 into the Marshall is damn near perfect. But I want good delays, reverbs and chorus.

It's a great pedal. The delays and choruses and reverbs and phasers and flangers and vibes and tremolos are really very good. The distortions aren't terrible either but you've got that covered.

How should I set the fx loop in my Marshall? +4Db OR -10dB? How about on the MS? Can I use headphones?

I dunno about your Marshall. I'd say try it both ways.
