Rocktron Gainiac

Hi guys has anyone here tried one or use one and do any of you know of a good tube poweramp to use with it?

I'm in the UK so i'll need things that can be bought in the UK for fairly cheap under £600 preferably, I think the Marshall tube poweramps seem to be the best choice for me first hand, anyone know of a Mesa Boogie poweramp going for fairly cheap?

ive got a gainiac and a peavey classic 120/120 and it doesnt sound that amazing. i like the gainiace for rediculous mid scoop bedroom jamming, but when you crank it you see how thin it really is.

Thanks ill have the opportunity to try one out, and did you crank it with he mids scooped?

I wonder if the Gainiac 2 is improved...
