I believe the speakers are made by Eminence and Jackson had them made in both black and red versions. I've had mine for a few months now... traded a guitar to another board member for them. The low end comes through nice and smooth and tight without being flubby, but they are pretty heavy. I've got a compact Crate 4x12 that weighs less than one of them! I can't comment on the Jackson heads or cabs, but the Apogee 50 tube combos are great amps if you can get a good price. I got one for $450, all tube with Celestion V30s. The tone is pretty Marshall-ish, although I use a different preamp into the clean channel. It'd probably sound smokin' with an overdrive pedal into the "lead" channel as well.Comment
