I am looking at a mint laney gs412 for a great price, but i´m not sure yet.
Perhaps either that or a marshall cab.

I'm sure there is a debate about the 2203-04 etc being different... I was being open to that debate and non judgemental... For once, haha... Anything from that era smokes their new stuff regardless.

The 2203 is a once channel no reverb amp not to much gain. The 2210 has 2 channels and reverb, it also has alot more gain but in order for marshall to do this they had to use Diode clipping in the circuit for the extra gain.

It also has a direct line out. It has an effects loop too.

I left out th effects loop because i would have to type to much to explain between the reissues and originals (LOL)

Congratulations. Killer amps, I love Marshalls.

There is no best and wish people would not try to put shit on the top as best. Every person on earth has their own definition of best imho the "better" JCM800 Marshalls to me are the early 80's one trick pony 2203 with 6550's and the 2204's. Also not all JCM800's are created equal, even within the same model numbers. If you get a good one you should hang to it.
