Fender Matelhead Amp

[THETRIUMPHOFSTEEL]

Have you tried this amp yet? I've had a quick go on one and was really impressed with the high-gain channel; super-saturated, scooped sound, the harmonics just fly out of it! Normal drive channel was ok I guess, but doesnt quite stack up to the Marshall crunch. I really like the boost knob, which just turns up the master volume on any channel via footswitch.
What do you guys reckon?

fender knows what they are doing. i'm sure its a great amp. all of their metal amps have sounded good. i don't see why this one would be any different.
