I hate to say it, but from my experience, anything that advertises itself as affordable or inexpensive is rarely very good.

Normally I'd agree but affordable-cases.com seems to actually be Barry Cases. My Vetta was the most abused UPS package I've ever seen in my life but the Barry case it came in saved it and itself arrived in good condition. I would not hesitate for a moment to buy from Barry in the future.

Yup, Affordable is Barry. I have a local backline rental company as a customer and that's all he uses. He's had very good luck with Barry Case.

Maybe check this guy out as well and see what he is about as far as your needs go...

I don't know if he already makes what you want, but he does do well and makes good product and does custom stuff. I have talked with him and he is VERY helpful and easy to deal with. I know several people that have bought from him and were quite pleased with the product.

Here's a link to one of his case auctions.

I was turned onto affordable cases by a local band who has them, and was very impressed. The things are built like tanks, very heavy duty, as I can attest to when you're carrying a 4x12 case with Marshall 4x12 up a flight of steps.

I'm estimating that my pedalboard is gonna be about 2'2" by 1'3", I'm having a real hard time figuring out the best way to set it up (damn Dual Rec footswitch is so big!). I think I'm gonna ask Josh from Hopesfall for some suggestions but I figure it'll be about that big no matter what. Chuckracer suggested Barry cases a while back, and a local band called Seneca uses their amp cases and racks and it seems very good. I just wish I could find the page for the pedalboard cases on their website.
