• Any decent alternatives to a Furman PL-8 out there

For power conditioning inside a rack? Or should I just get the PL-8 with it´s 2 lights and 10 or so slots and STFU?

I know Furman is the standard, but I´m just wondering if my years of rack absence have brought any other cool things into being other than shockmount racks that I might wanna look in to

Sadly, for only $200 bucks, I doubt it's the best on the market.

True power conditioners are expensive as they use batteries/capacitors to keep the voltages in line and protect stuff from brownout conditions.

Most stuff is just power strips with surge protection.

      These are true conditioners.
