    What's the verdict on this pedal? Every time I see it mentioned, the emphasis seems to be on down-tuned or seven-string guitars, and I'm wondering if a Warp Factor would really offer anything new for a six-string in standard tuning.

    i own one and i really dig the pedal...too bad it doesn't work with my vetta

    the pedal is a very good sounding pedal thats marketed wrong. it does do the downtune thing well, but it also gives you a big warm lead tone and does the high gain distortion thing just as good as a boss mt-2 without the ice pick highs.

    btw, i think it sounds better than the metal zone, any dod or digitech distortion, any of the marshall distortions, the line 6 dm4 and way better than the dime/doubleshot pedals.
