He has another one that comes with an oak cabinet. I would build my own though. I emailed him to ask him if I decided to add the cathode bypass cap at a later date, would he send me instructions. He said no problem. I think I might ask him for his phone number so I can talk to him on the phone about them. Sound clips would be cool.

Cool, report back what they are like. I'm interested too. Here's what one of his other buyers said...

"love the sound. sound really punches through. you would be suprised at how much 3.5 watts puts out. my brother says it sounds like a fender. got it so i could run hot tubes at lower volume. also to save tube life on my tsl 100 head.

only drawback is lack of effect loop or reverb. i am having an amp tech install loop between pre and power stage, so i can add rack reverb. (signal from preamp tube is probably to high for pedal)

i have used it to drive:

marshall 1960 half stack--still loud enough to be heard at the front door,

half of the same marshall 1960 half stack (2 speakers on stereo setting)--even louder with infinite sustain

single 12" celestion - incredibly loud, with infinite sustain "
