Hey, guys...I've never packed a head for shipping before. My UniValve needs to go back to its maker for a look at the transformer, so I was hoping I could get a few tips from you experts on making sure this thing arrives in top condition. Thanks!

For heavy stuff my shipper always cuts big sheets of that 2" blue high density foam down to size. Either that or many wraps of that big industrial bubble wrap are about the only ways to go. Thanks, YAO. I hit that thing with lots of thick bubble wrap after removing the tubes and boxing them seperately. Then I had the local shippers take that box and stick it in another bigger box with mroe wrapping.
The whole wrapped package weighed just a touch more than 22 pounds. That is a mean little amp, pound-for-pound!Comment
