I just bought the new Guitar World buyers guide, and it lists the Valveking at $599. Now assuming that the actual selling price is around 75% of the list price as with the JSX and the 6505, that would mean you could pick one up for about $450. Surely this must be a mistake. An all-tube 100 watt Peavey head for $450. What, is it made in Indonesia or something? I still haven't seen much info on these things, but I would really like to know what the hell is going on.
