Just recently my Engl PB started to make this white noise when not playin/knobs muted on my guit.even with my noise gate on.everything else is quite except for the hiss...does this mean time for new tubes?

Where's your noise gate - between the guitar and amp or in the amp's loop?I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
