  • Signal loss with a ISP decimator noise gate

Hey there, I'm going to need your insight on this, as I can't seem to find what the problem might exactly be...
I've had an ISP Decimator Noise Gate for a few weeks and it worked perfectly.
But since a few days, I have a loss of signal (as in volume decrease) that goes away if/when I push gently on the output jack... I have been testing the thing in front of the amp as well as in the loop and on different amps and have met the same problem each time.
Anybody know what could resolve this ?

I hope I have been clear enough, since it's a difficult matter to express in english (for me)

do you use the pedal or the rackmounted unit ?

est-ce que tu utilises la pédale ou la version rack du ISP ?

Might be the output jack is bad and needs to be replaced. I had a wah pedal recently that I was having the same problem with.

So are you talking about what's inside the pedal ?

Yep. I'd take it back to where you got it and try to get a new one. Compare it to another one in the store and see if it does the same thing or not.

sounds like either the jack or the soldering on that jack or somewhere near it

Alright, that's pretty much what I had figured but I wanted to be sure there was no direct solution to this issue, I'll check it out.
                Thanks broes !
