little problem with my JCM900

hey hey guys.

My JCM900 has a little problem with it's volume control. I think it's just a bit dusty or something because when i turn the volume knob, it crackles badly and i get wierd volume changes from really quiet to really loud when trying to turn it up.

what do you guys reckon? a little bit of WD40 on the knob? or will i have to go inside the amp to spray a little?

Best to hit the pot's innards directly with some Control/Contact/TV Tuner Spray.
You can try to drizzle it down the shaft into the housing, but it's probably faster to pop it out and hose the case directly.
