What a kick ass practice amp! I picked one up for lugging along on vacation. The battery power option is what tipped me to the cube vs a line 6 spider II.

The only model I do not like is the stack. The effects are cool too. Just wish I could have verb and delay at the same time.

Anyone else use one?

I was looking at these in a mag this a.m. how's the gain sounds? heavy enuff for metal?

The recto model is good for metal. I like to slap some delay on too. Sounds killer. The only thing I haven't been able to get is a good hard rock sound.

Its a great shredders amp. It doesn't do the AC/DC type crunch too good but it does everything else GREAT.
