hey everyone i have a marshall avt 2000 combo 50 im having a problem with, the settings on the over drive middle setting gets louder and thiner when im playing it out of no where. it goes back to normal when i push it in a little but it keeps on doing it...are the knobs durty?anyone having this problems?how do i fix it? Pots "could' be dirty, or there could be a problem with one of the pots or the pot to PC board connection.
Depending on your abilities, open the and try spraying into the openings on the sides of the pots with contact cleaner.
Otherwise, might be a good idea to refer to a service person.
