I am going to retube one of my Marshalls. I am really up in the air about going with the JJEL34 or the newer E34L. has anyone tried the E34L? I have played the EL34 and really liked them and am just wondering what and how the difference is?

The E34L is a little cleaner sounding.

Bottom end? Cleaner? Clearer? Not usually words I use to describe an EL34! haha...

That is the beauty of the E34L. It actually has bottom end. It turned my Carvin MTS3200 from sounding more like Rectifier to sounding more like a modded JCM800.Comment
