Is that dark green? It looks very nice, but what's witht the gap at the top of the grille cloth?

Yeah, it's green levant. Not sure what you mean - the grill cloth has a little spot in the center where it was pulled a little unevenly. Give it character. There isn't a physical gap.

I think he meant the bare wood showing above the cloth.

Nice one, Pete, though in my sick-and-twisted world the back of the head should be the front, and those two vent slots should be slanted and have red backlit lenses in them to look like evil eyes.
Cut/paint a metal grill to look like sharp teeth and it'd truly look killer [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
