    Re: Digitech Whammy Wah questions

I've got a Digitech Whammy & although it functions as it should, you can tell the difference in tone when it's switched on, even when no effect is applied. Sounds a bit "processed".

What about the pitch bend function for the GT-6 expression pedal?

I just got 2 emails from GT-6 Central telling me there is a way to set up the pitch bend on the GT-6 to sound extremely close to a whammy pedal. I will have to dive deeper into it tonight when I get home. I will post my results later.

Did you get a chance to try this last night?

              Re: Digitech Whammy Wah questions

It works. You can dive down or pull up. If you want to dive down you just create a patch with the 0 position at the toe and the -24 position at the heel. Visa Versa if you want to pull up. Add some delay to fatten it up and its pretty darn close. Certainly enough for my needs.
