Headphones?

I'm looking for a good set of headphones for $50 or less that have a pretty flat frequency response. I came across this Carvin set. http://www.carvin.com/products/singl...temNumber=H40M
I know Carvin makes great stuff, but anyone ever try these or have any other suggestions?
I'll mostly be using them with my new Boss GT-8 unit.

not really what your asking for, but i use sony 7506's for my px4 and listening to music and i like them a lot.

Man, I know they are not in your $50 range (More like $120), but if you come up with the dough, I bought a pair of the Bose Headphones a few months ago, and they blow away everything I have owned up to this point. I am normally anti-Bose, but these are very nice.

Thanks, guys. I'll check out some reviews of a bunch of headphones and see. I'm not in desparate need of them, so I guess I can hold off for awhile and see what's out there, save some money up. I could use a new pair for listening to music anyway.
