I tried one. It was ok. Nothing I'd buy. At that price point you can get a lot of cooler stuff.

I think it's a great unit. I'm a die-hard Hendrix fan and I have lots of top-of-the-line old-school Hendrix effects on my board (Teese RMC3, Chicago Iron Octavian, Analogman Sunface, Sweet Sound Mojovibe, etc.). The Hendrix pedal doesn't nail it, but is plenty cool and authentic sounding to satisfy, The octavia sound is the least convincing, but still cool. The digitech unit won't replace the real thing,but it's still highly recommended in my book.
