Who uses Amp EFX Loops, and with What EFX?

I was just wondering how many of you guys use efx loops on your amps?
And with which efx?

I use my amp efx loop with:
Delay, Chorus, Reverb

OD, Wah, Phaser, Noise Suppressor in the amp guitar input

I only use a stereo Reverb and a BBE for effects if even that much, so they go in the loop.

Where else would you put a BBE??

In my loop, I have:
DD-6
CH-1
RV-3
GE-7

In front I have:
Bad Horsie 2
TU-2
DOD 270 a/b box with the B output going to a Boss AC-2 that is direct routed to the PA mixer.

You have to be very careful with a BBE and certain amps. the majority of amps I have tried with either a 422, 422A or a 362 have sounded like canned ass with the BBE in the loop. The 5150 is a big exception. It sounds incredible with a 422 in the loop. I stand corrected. The BBE is mainly used as a studio processor in a rack.

I run my G-Major in the effects loop...only place for it!

I agree except for the 5150 which loves the 422 in the loop. I have found too that a BBE just messes with the sound on alot of amps.

In my Mesa F-30 combo, sometimes I'll use either a chorus, delay or tremolo pedal in the loop.

The 5150 and the BBE 422/422A are a pretty lethal combination if you are looking to get into the really heavy shit.

I use DD-2 CE-5 and RV-5 in the loop nomatter what amp I'm using
I have Fender Princeton Chorus Amps with stereo sends and returns
Great for stereo efx
or Master/Slave of the amps

I use a pod XT Live in the fx loop of the JSX - mainly for delay and a little chorus or flange here and there. Front of the amp gets a modded superoverdrive and a JGCable modded crybaby. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
