Is the solo boost adjustable? Is it like the boost on the newer Rectifiers? I didn't see a solo volume knob on the front of the amp. I have 2 other Carvin amps that have a footswitchable boost. 1 is not adjustable and the other has 2 settings: 3db and 9db.

The ad clearly shows a boost knob and el34/6l6 switch. [img]/images/graemlins/poke.gif[/img]

I have a Carvin Quad X-AMP 4-Ch tube pre and I always though the 4th channel KILLS! If the gain channels on the V3 can produce something like it, I just might have to plunk down some cash on this head especially with midi controlled voicing switching.

If this thing does it for me like my Legacy, I might have to buy one. This would make my rig SUPER simple. My rig would consist of guitar>cord>wha>V3>Marshall cab.

Now I can't afford to flip, so I got my Marshall, my 2x12 Avatar cab, and my Charvel mutt, and you haven't seen that stuff here for sale, have you? You won't, either.
