So this will be their one channel no-BS amp right? The 60-watt version definitely has my interest. If it is possible to get a brutal metal tone without a pedal I might have to add it down to my shortlist of amps to try(along with ENGL Fireball, Soldano Avenger)

What are the list prices for them? I like the keeping it simple approach with a single channel amp w/o a bazillion options [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Sounds like a modded Marshall ; It sounds pretty nice but not enough for me to run out and grab one. My VHT 50CL w/EQ ain't goin anywhere [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

My next amp is the mighty SLO or the CAE/Suhr OD-100 but I aint buyin anything untli I get rid of all the unused shit in my jam room [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Please point me in the direction of the Fender that sounds remotely like this....and before you mention a Prosonic - I've owned one and it's not close to this. This amp is loaded with KT88's - a different flavor than EL34's.

Who know's....I think I need to start over with a Gorilla for some more perspective [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I can name several blues players who use Fenders that get that same blah blues tone. Hey.. if they are going for that tone.. they nailed it. The VHT Deliverance in that case... lives up to its name. Does it do that Squeal like a Pig tone?? [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
