That reminds me, I need to try some TungSol 5881s (I still have some) in the JSX. I also have a pair of blackplate RCA 6L6s that should kick lots of ass too.

One thing to consider on NOS tubes is that they tend to have MUCH longer lifespans than new tubes. When you consider that, it makes the extra you pay a little easier to take.

So, now I'm thinking about a Rivera Knucklehead K55T.

Anyone here have any experience with Rivera stuff?
